I have decided to take both an empirical and anecdotal approach to the Muscle Mommy Metamorphosis. The anecdotal evidence will come though in nuggets of observation and feeling that I drop throughout this blog. The hard science to track progress will be done via blood testing on a regular schedule as well as regular monitoring of my vitals.

The Schedule

Five blood tests, one initial test plus one every three months for a year will be performed between now and end of March 2026.

My baseline vitals and measurements will be tracked on a regular basis to keep check on my day-to-day health.

The Tests

The tests listed below will be performed on a three month interval for a year and will track my metabolic changes so I can get an overall sense of my “internal” health. I can also see of my lifestyle is having a net positive or negative impact on my body overall. As more information is gathered I can refine my diet, lifestyle, exercise schedule, and overall health practices.
